SPA & SALON SPC

Everybody needs to take time out from their hectic lives and just relax once in a while. That's why SPA SPC is delighted to offer retreats designed to help you unwind and leave you feeling totally rejuvenated.

All of your retreats commence with a welcome herbal tea or fruit juice, accompanied by a tour of the facilities. This allows you to get a feel for the spa, and begin to unwind, and enables us to answer any questions you may have.

A light lunch or brunch Is included in all our retreats, and between treatments you will be able to relax in the spa atrium with its five metre aquarium with a selection of the latest magazines, fresh fruit and nuts. Serenity can be sought in the indoor heated pool, steam rooms, or deep relaxation room, while the energetic can venture into the 4,000 square foot state-of-the-art gymnasium, a fitness class in one of our studios, out onto one of Stoke Park's 13 multi-surface tennis courts (courts need to be booked in advance) or finish your SPA experience by having your hair treated, cut or coloured at Salon SPC. Robes and slippers will be provided. Bring your swim and gym gear to enhance your day and get full use of the facilities.
